be stressful and with constant assignments on demand, stress can get the better

way out is to learn to cope with this stress and here are ways in which you can
relax and feel at ease during the finals days just before the examinations

Find time

needed take permission to go off campus and give yourself a coffee and cake

meditate and psych out of the anxiety, even if it is just for a few minutes.

This can be challenging, but it is imperative to reiterate that one should take a few minutes off the television, radio, gadgets, friends, and to just sit and recuperate.
